Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Yard Picker Pro (the "Service"), operated by David Crivac ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Yard Picker Pro analyzes vehicle inventory at Pick Your Part salvage yards and uses AI plus live eBay data to estimate the profitability of pulling and reselling specific parts. The Service is a decision-support tool, not financial or business advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you represent that you are.
3. Accuracy disclaimer (read this)
All prices, profit estimates, and recommendations shown by the Service are estimates based on AI predictions and aggregated eBay listing data. They are not guarantees. Actual sale prices, part availability, condition, labor time, shipping costs, and eBay fees will vary. Always verify part values, fitment, and yard inventory in person before pulling.
We are not liable for purchases you make at a salvage yard, parts you pull, or losses you incur if a part doesn't sell, sells for less than predicted, or turns out to be incorrectly identified.
4. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, cost ceilings, or other technical controls.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
- Reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without our permission.
5. Third-party services and data
The Service queries:
- Pick Your Part (pyp.com) for public vehicle inventory listings.
- Anthropic (Claude API) for part analysis and recommendations.
- eBay (Browse API) for current public listing prices.
