HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.
Zero guesswork.

You don't need to know anything about cars. The AI does the research — you just show up and pull the right parts.

🔗

200+ cars load instantly. Search by make, model, or year. Tap the ones you want analyzed, or let the AI rank the whole yard.

WHAT THE PULL LIST LOOKS LIKE

Every number.
Every source.

This isn't a guess. Every calculation shows exactly where the numbers come from so you can decide before pulling a single bolt.

COMMON QUESTIONS

No jargon.
Real answers.

Do I need to know about cars?
Not at all. The AI knows which parts from which cars sell well on eBay. You just need a wrench and willingness to get your hands dirty.
What is a Pick Your Part junkyard?
A self-service salvage yard at pyp.com. You pay a small entry fee, walk the rows of old cars, pull the parts yourself, and pay a fixed price per part. Parts can be resold on eBay for profit.
How accurate are the profit estimates?
Directionally accurate — best used as a ranking tool. eBay prices are AI-estimated and can vary ±20-40%. Always verify on eBay before pulling. Every part has a direct eBay sold listings link.
What does it cost?
You need an Anthropic API key — $5 gets ~300 sessions at about $0.015 each. The app is free and open source. No subscription.
Does it work at any yard?
Currently works with Pick Your Part (pyp.com) yards across the US. More chains coming.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your API key lives in a PHP file on your own server — never in the browser. No accounts, no tracking.
